Travel BC: Climbing the Lions peaks

I love a good solid mountainous hike, complete with challenging elevation gain, an intense heart rate, crunchy oat energy bars, and trees that soar so high above you, they refuse to reveal how close you are to the top... it just makes the view from above so much more rewarding.

In terms of the Lions, they're a long one, but achievable by any skill level if you ask me.  If you happen to hike on a day when there is still snow, stay balanced and establish good footing as your make your way up, and slide on your bum as you head back down.

When you get to the top, you won't want to, but make a last push towards conquering the Lions peaks.  It's a rather scary climb, but a rewarding feat.
